On September 12, 2018, Dun & Bradstreet filed a preliminary proxy statement (“Proxy Statement”) with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the Proposed Transaction, which recommends that Dun & Bradstreet’s shareholders vote in favor of the Proposed Transaction.
