Southwest communications chief on hurricane response: 'We all work together to make sure people have somewhere to go'

As Hurricane Florence begins its descent on the southeastern U.S., one of the most important things airlines can do to help is "listening and understanding what the needs are," a top spokeswoman for Southwest Airlines said.
