Port of Savannah aims to nearly double cargo capacity in 10 years

The Port of Savannah's 10-year plan calls for nearly doubling its containerized cargo capacity to 8 million twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs), Griff Lynch, executive director of the Georgia Ports Authority, said Thursday.
