LabCorp, ACLA respond to US District Court ruling vs HHS

The American Clinical Laboratory Association, the trade association for medical lab testing companies such as LabCorp, is pushing back against a court decision to dismiss its lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services regarding Medicare reimbursement for lab tests.
