Zuckerberg tells Oculus developers VR adoption has been much slower than Facebook hoped

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg opened the morning keynote for its fifth annual Oculus Connect conference in downtown San Jose on Wednesday by joking that the platform hasn’t even reached 1 percent of its stated goal of getting 1 billion people to become users of its VR technology.
