Revived Herberger's will start outside Minneapolis/St. Paul metro, new owner says

CSC Generation, which took over much of the former Bon-Ton brands, including the Minnesota Herberger's stores that closed earlier this year, is working to relaunch those stores soon. But its Minnesota focus is far from the Twin Cities.
