GM Q3 sales fall 11 percent; Fiat Chrysler reports good September

General Motors reported on Tuesday that its third-quarter sales fell by 11 percent compared to last year. Fiat Chrysler, meanwhile, said its September sales rose 15 percent compared to a year earlier.
