Women entrepreneurs are invited to apply to compete at the live event, SHE ANGELS for over for over $100,000 in combined cash and in kind services to build their sales, brand, marketing and successful business strategy.
Women currently receive less than 5% of venture capital funding and less than 15% of traditional funding. SHE ANGELS is a solution oriented venture to change these num- bers, and perpetuate the ideology of women helping women. SHE ANGELS features a diverse group of women on its panels of both investors and presenters all ages and ethnicities. Their products and services represent all industries from science and tech- nology to retail, food industry, entertainment and socially responsible entities.
An Investor Panel of highly successful entrepreneurial women will hear live pitches from the six selected contestants, ask questions and deliberate. SHE ANGELS investor panelists are giving back and paying it forward by funding, mentoring and guiding entrepreneurs in various industries to thrive and suc- ceed. Attendees will watch and learn from successful speakers and SHE ANGELS panelists, who are being pitched by female entrepreneurs.
In addition to the Pitchfest, SHE ANGELS also includes a year-long docu-series that will capture the event, follow the winners' stories and track their successes to inspire other entrepreneurs to go for it.
