Leader tapped to oversee merger of Charlotte Chamber, regional partnership

Merger plans for the Charlotte Chamber and the Charlotte Regional Partnership gained momentum Tuesday when the two economic development groups named local attorney Ernie Reigel to lead the transition starting this week.
