AFRL commander announces new strategic plan, emphasizes business partnerships

The U.S. Air Force is preparing to unveil a new strategic plan that is likely to enhance its partnerships with private businesses and speed up the process of acquiring the latest technology, according to commander of the Air Force Research Laboratory.
