Gavin Kaysen, the star chef whose restaurants Spoon & Stable and Bellecour have cemented Minneapolis/St. Paul's status as a culinary destination, announced an October surprise for foodies: He's opening a third restaurant, Demi, just steps from Spoon & Stable in the North Loop neighborhood.
