EXCLUSIVE: Former P&G executive shares $26M plan to draw manufacturing to Uptown

Rich Kiley, a former Procter & Gamble Co. executive who also served as the founding CEO of CincyTech, has secured a commitment from the Uptown Consortium for the acreage needed to construct a massive building that would serve as a hub for manufacturing, product innovation and job training.
