UMSL, St. Louis County receive $2.25 million grant for justice system reform

The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation said Wednesday it would grant $2.25 million to St. Louis County and the University of Missouri – St. Louis to continue efforts in advancing local criminal justice system reform and reduce the county's jail population.
