St. Louis among top places to open a restaurant

One of the most promising places in the U.S. to open a restaurant is St. Louis, according to online loan marketplace LendingTree. LendingTree looked at the nation's 50-largest metros to determine which ones offer restaurateurs the "best shot at success."
