Invest Atlanta delays action on Norfolk Southern HQ relocation

Norfolk Southern will create 850 jobs and retain well over 2,000 already working in the city, as part of a $575 million North American headquarters in Atlanta, as Atlanta Business Chronicle reported on Wednesday.
