Atlanta offered Amazon a chance at its own train car to deliver goods if it won the bid for HQ2

A newly-released proposal from Atlanta shows that it offered Amazon the chance at its own train car to deliver goods throughout the city if it was selected as the location for HQ2. It also offered to divert some tax funds to help make it easier for Amazon employees to access the new site.
