St. Louis County doctor sentenced on obstruction charges

Dr. Vidal Sheen of St. Louis County was sentenced to two years of probation after pleading guilty to obstructing an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on whether or not her billed the Medicare program and private insurers for face-to-face visits performed on dates he was actually traveling outside of the state or the country.
