As weather cools, home sales in Central Ohio remain hot

The number of homes put in contract in Central Ohio bumped up 3.7 percent from September to October, with 2,742 sold. It's the second-highest number put in contract in October in 12 years, according to data from Columbus Realtors, and continues a year where the city's housing market has gained national attention for its activity.
