Lennar Corp. buys prime site in Alpharetta by Fulton Science Academy, North Point Mall

The land is next to a large office and residential development that Fuqua Development LLC and TPA Group are planning. Lennar's site is also adjacent to Fulton Science Academy, which has been ranked as one of the state's top schools.
