Look for OPEC to cut oil production by 1 to 1.5 million barrels at next meeting, says analyst

OPEC will likely announce a cut between 1 million and 1.5 million to help stabilize the markets, says Johannes Benigni, Vienna-based consultancy JBC Energy Group chairman.
