Trump administration spending more on border troops than new immigration judges to hear asylum cases

The Trump administration will spend $72 million to send troops to the U.S.-Mexico border as caravan of migrants seek asylum. That's nearly double the budget for the entire 2019 fiscal year to hire immigration judges to hear the massive backlog of court cases.
