Four Malman Law Attorneys Ranked 'Rising Stars' by Super Lawyers

Malman Law, a Chicago-area personal injury law firm, has been recognized by multiple organizations. Currently, four of the Malman Law associates are ranked as a “top rated lawyer” by Rising Stars, a recognition program offered through Super Lawyers. Super Lawyers picks attorneys that have been evaluated and rated by peers, and then individually assessed to determine if they meet the strict criteria of a Super Lawyers attorney.

The rating system was designed to help victims find high-rated attorneys in their area with confidence. Super Lawyers in-depth independent research focuses on everything from an attorney’s verdicts and settlements to transactions to clientele to honors, awards, and special licenses.

• David Resis: David Resis is an associate attorney with Malman Law and has been a member of the team for over five years. He has succeeded in multi-million-dollar settlements for clients in slip and fall and nursing home abuse cases.

• Kristen Koeller: Kristen Koeller is an associate attorney that started first as a law clerk for Malman Law. She officially became an associate in 2015. Since then, she has advocated for clients suffering from nursing home abuse and neglect.

• Kelly Sabo Gaden: Kelly Sabo Gaden is a senior associate attorney at Malman Law and has been working at the firm since 2011. She focuses her efforts on cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse. Sabo Gaden has secured millions for her clients since starting her career at the firm.

• Matthew K. Henry: Matthew Henry is a senior associate attorney with the firm and joined the team in 2011. He has been recognized as a Rising Star five times: in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 – an achievement earned by fewer than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state.
