State Street Appoints Donna M. Milrod as Head of Global Clients Division

State Street Corporation (NYSE: STT) announced today the appointment of Donna M. Milrod to lead a newly formed Global Clients Division, focused on delivering cross-enterprise solutions and insights to the company’s global and most complex clients. Milrod reports to Andrew Erickson, head of State Street’s Global Services business, and joins State Street’s Management Committee, the company’s most senior strategy and policy-making team.

Milrod will be responsible for strengthening clients’ interactions with State Street, making it more seamless to access expertise, insights and solutions that enable their business and core strategic objectives.

Milrod has 25 years of experience in banking and financial services including leadership positions at Deutsche Bank, where she served as deputy chief executive officer for its North America business. At Deutsche Bank Americas she was a member of the Regional Executive and Client Committees with responsibility for its North America clients and revenue. She most recently was a senior advisor to both Broadridge and McKinsey & Company where she provided advice for navigating risk, optimizing operating efficiencies and increasing revenue growth. Milrod’s most recent executive role was with the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) where she served on the Management Committee and was head of DTCC Solutions, delivering innovative post-trade processing solutions to clients. She also led global strategy and business development and prior to that was the chief administrative officer leading operations and finance. Milrod also served as chairman of the board of DTCC Deriv/SERV LLC and chairman of the Omgeo Board of Managers.

Milrod earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia Business School. She currently serves on a number of public, private and nonprofit boards including Valmont Industries (NYSE:VMI), T-Rex Group, the New York Academy of Sciences and the Partnership Fund for New York City. She is also a member of the Committee of 200, National Association of Corporate Directors, New York Women’s Forum, Council on Foreign Relations and Economic Club of New York.
