Rebecca Cameron Valcq is a partner at Quarles & Brady LLC. Prior to joining the Milwaukee law firm, she spent 15 years as regulatory counsel for We Energies where she represented the company before the Public Service Commission in Wisconsin and advised management on various areas of compliance.
