Saudi Arabia clarifies Trump tweet: No new Saudi pledges to rebuild Syria

President Donald Trump tweeted that Saudi Arabia has agreed to put up the "necessary money" to help rebuild Syria. A Saudi embassy official in Washington DC says the kingdom has not made a major new financial pledge since August.
