A roof of their own: Calderón-Rosado talks affordable housing in Boston

Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción is a 50-year-old community development corporation that hasn't slowed down. IBA this winter is set to close on the $30 million acquisition of 146 Boston Housing Authority townhomes on Rutland Street and launch a renovation.
