Gidley: 'Scary' that Dem plan to reopen government spends more on foreign aid than border security

Deputy White House Press Secretary Hogan Gidley told reporters Wednesday night that House Democrats' proposal to end the partial government shutdown "isn't real" and said it was "scary" that the legislation included more money for foreign aid than for border security.
