United Properties says Gateway project needs a tower-topping sign; city says no

Downtown Minneapolis doesn't have many buildings with big signs at the top telling everybody which companies live there. But United Properties says its planned 35-story Gateway tower needs one for anchor tenant RBC Wealth Management, or the whole project could fall apart.
