QuickBridge, in Collaboration with OC United, Adopts New THRIVE Quad Transitional Home for the Holiday Season

QuickBridge Funding, a privately-held, leading financial services firm offering working capital to small to mid-sized businesses nationwide, partnered with OC United to adopt the non-profit’s new THRIVE Quad women’s transitional living home.

THRIVE stands for Transitional Home Recognizing Independence, Value, and Empowerment. OC United opened its THRIVE Quad women’s transitional home in December 2018. The program empowers former-foster and at-risk youth toward healthy independence within the community by coming alongside them with case management, counseling, and the skills necessary to succeed in life.

For its fourth annual holiday season giving drive, QuickBridge employees devoted their time and pooled their resources to make the holidays special for the program’s mothers and children. The THRIVE wish list included gift wrapped clothes, toys, electronics, and gift cards. A small group of QuickBridge volunteers delivered the gifts to the Fullerton home and spent time learning more about the residents’ stories.

In addition to the holiday giving drive, QuickBridge helped furnish and decorate the four apartments and is a proud sponsor of California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) and OC United’s CSUF Guardian Scholars program.

OC United is a local non-profit organization made up of a collection of citizens, non-profits and churches who believe they can accomplish more working together than apart. OC United exists to empower the vulnerable who have experienced the breakdown of the family unit through restorative relationships and life-skills development.
