Former Guantanamo commander charged with obstructing probe of civilian's 2015 death

A former commanding officer of the U.S. Navy base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, was charged Wednesday with obstruction of justice and other offenses relating to the 2015 death of a civilian employee.
