SCOTUS to decide whether police need a warrant to draw blood from unconscious drunk-driving suspects

The last time the high court issued a ruling on a related matter was in 2016, when it held in Birchfield v. North Dakota that it was lawful for states to impose penalties on suspected drunk drivers who refused to take breathalyzer tests.
