1010 Wilshire Hosts Wes' Warrior Workout With Wes Ferguson

1010 Wilshire invites tenants to fulfill their New Year's resolutions to get in shape and stay fit by attending Wes' Warrior Workout. This exciting fitness class meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm-7pm in Suite 109. Taught by certified fitness instructor Wes Ferguson, Wes' Warrior Workout incorporates various physical disciplines with fitness equipment including resistance bands, weights and real wooden battle swords to help keep the body and mind engaged throughout each session. Participants in this fitness class will not only gain physical strength, but they will also gain confidence and mental toughness to tackle goals and challenges in their daily lives. Regular exercise has been proven to help reduce stress, restore mental and emotional balance and can help people maintain a healthy weight. 1010 Wilshire strives to provide tenants with a variety of interesting, unique and fun activities like Wes' Warrior Workout throughout the year.
