State holding open house tonight to present coal-ash removal options for Duke Energy’s Marshall plant

N.C. regulators want public feedback on whether Duke Energy should be required to excavate 32 million tons of coal ash at the Marshall Steam station or should be allowed dry the ash pond there out and cap it in place.
