Duke Energy mulls bid to operate Puerto Rico’s troubled electric grid

Duke Energy is one of four organizations Puerto Rico will invite to submit formal bids on operating and possibly owning the Puerto Rican grid, which was badly damaged in 2017 by Hurricane Maria and is in dire need of repair and modernization.
