Tenet Completes Sale of Three Chicago-Area Hospitals to Pipeline Health

Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) today announced that it has completed the sale of its three Chicago-area acute care hospitals to Pipeline Health LLC. The three hospitals included in the sale are Louis A. Weiss Memorial Hospital, Westlake Hospital and West Suburban Medical Center.
