Cannabis jobs pay 11% more than the US median salary, and demand is up 76%

The cannabis industry is rapidly expanding thanks to more states legalizing the drug's usage. Hiring is up 76 percent from December 2017 to December 2018, according to Glassdoor. And the median wage for a job in this industry is $58,511 a year, about 11 percent higher than the national median salary.
