EPIC Announces Receipt of Final Regulatory Permits

EPIC Midstream Holdings, LP (“EPIC”) today announced EPIC has received the Nationwide Permit 12 from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, signifying all federal and state regulatory agencies have approved both of EPIC’s NGL and Crude Oil Pipeline projects for final construction as well as placing the pipelines into full service.
