Columbia Gas parent estimates up to $1.4B in costs related to gas explosions

Indiana-based NiSource Inc. reported year-end earnings yesterday, much of which focused on the gas explosions, which injured dozens and leveled homes in Lawrence, Andover, and North Andover.
