The Hi Fit Expo – Hawaii’s Premier Fitness, Sports, and Healthy Lifestyle event makes an exciting return to the Blaisdell Exhibition Hall on Saturday, April 6th and Sunday, April 7th, 2019. In its the 5th year, The Hi Fit Expo celebrates everything about fitness through a two – day family, and friendly trade show and expo including competitions, interactive exercise areas, fitness celebrity guest appearances, healthy food demos, as well as fitness and health exhibitors.
Returning as a special guest host is “Fit Mom” Maria Kang. Maria Kang is a mother of 3 sons, a wife to a former Marine, a business owner of elderly residential care homes and a nonprofit founder, Fitness without Borders. She is made popular by her blog, winning and participating different beauty pageants nationwide, Miss Bikini California, Miss Philippine USA to name a few, she wrote “The No More Excuses Diet” detailing a realistic meal plan, home workouts and her trademark goal-setting strategy of S.P.E.E.D., S.T.R.I.V.E., and S.C.O.R.E.

Saturday – Strongman Hawaii Competition (Weigh-ins at 8:00 am. Contest starts at 9:00 am outside in front of the exhibition hall, 10 am contest moves inside)
Saturday- AAU Middle School, High School, and Collegiate National Weightlifting Championships
Sunday – 2019 Hawaii Fit Expo Weightlifting Open
OPEN PARTICIPATION FOR HI FIT EXPO GUESTS:
Sunday – Top Roll Arm-wrestling (weigh-in 10:00am-11:30am. Competition at Noon)
Polynesian Muscle Mayhem – WNBF Pro Qualifier (Sat. 4/6/19 In the Pikake Room for a separate cost w/free entry to the Hi Fit Expo)
9:45 am Athlete meeting
10:00 am Doors open & seating music begins
10:30 am Show starts
1:00pm Intermission
1:30 pm Athletes enter, seating begins, music
2:00 pm Event Finals begin
The Hi Fit Expo’s goal this year is to bring all of the elements of fitness together under one roof for everyone to enjoy. From the fitness fanatics to the beginner, all will have a chance to see popular fitness and health brands while getting hands-on with a variety of fitness methods. You can jump into the live group workouts, try our fitness challenges or speak one on one with a fitness expert. The Hi Fit Expo guests will also have the opportunity to win a prestigious fitness competition!
The Hi Fit Expo team has worked hard to pack as much action as we can into this event to be able to promote sportsmanship and healthy living.
