McCarthy says he believes North Korea's Kim knew about Warmbier, contradicts Trump

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., became the latest Republican to contradict President Trump over the imprisonment and death of American Otto Warmbier in North Korea, saying he believed that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un knew about what happened to the late University of Virginia student.
