Roberto Hroval, PatentReal Corporation, Introduces Biomass Ultima Micro: Key to Choosing the Right Technology

Biomass Ultima Micro allows a buyer to use about 10kg (22 pounds) of wood to test the technology in a real-world setting. Once the wood is placed in the micro plant, the system precisely monitors the system output and other parameters, explained Roberto Hroval from PatentReal Corporation.
When comes to choosing the right technology for biomass, nobody knows how the technology will perform with the buyer´s own wood. Biomass Ultima Micro, a miniature version with exactly the same technology and processes as a Biomass Ultima technology, simulates the whole process. The buyer knows the exact output and performance of the plant upfront.

Biomass Ultima differs from other biomass technologies in that it’s a stable, completely green technology. It offers energy efficiency of more than 85%, in a process that produces no waste water, no ash, no stench. Besides the electricity, the process developed by PatentReal Corporation produces “high-quality organic carbon” that can be reprocessed into active carbon for use in agriculture, waste management, medicine, the automotive industry, and many others.

Many companies and entrepreneurs would consider the introduction of this technology a lifetime achievement. Roberto Hroval, innovative founder of PatentReal Corporation, made the remarkable efficiency of Biomass Ultima a reality. But he and his company have taken the concept to another level. In this case, it’s a slightly smaller “level.”

Small and Effective

Biomass Ultima Micro solves one of the core issues in biomass technology: How will the technology perform with the user’s own wood? With this micro version available for use, the buyer can apply the technology and know how it will work for his needs.

Biomass Ultima Micro “runs on exactly the same technology as the classic Biomass Ultima,” Hroval explained. “It is just smaller.

“When comes to choosing the right technology for biomass, a big risk is involved because nobody knows how the technology will perform with the buyer´s own input (wood). Only after applying the technology, the buyer knows with certainty.

“Biomass Ultima Micro – a miniature version of power plant with exactly the same technology and processes as a “big” technology – solves these problems. The buyer can simulate the whole process and knows the exact output and performance of the plant upfront.”

This reduced-size version of a successful process allows a buyer to use about 10kg (22 pounds) of wood to test the technology in a real-world setting. Once the wood from the buyer’s forest is placed in the micro plant, the system precisely monitors the system output, reporting on levels of electricity, heat, carbon, other gases, and so on. The user also receives information on energy balance and values, as well as temperature data.

As Hroval explained, with this important information on hand, the buyer knows “precisely how much energy and by-products will be produced in his specific case. At that point, the buyer needs only to choose the size of his power plant.”

Long Term Goals

“Choosing the right biomass technology brings two big problems,” the PatentReal founder stated. “The first is the fact that only few of the machineries actually work… and much less work efficiently enough to be profitable. But no one tells you that upfront. You have to buy the technology and only then find out the real performances.

“The buyer can simulate the whole process and knows the exact output and performance of the plant, upfront,” Hroval added. “Our plan is to assure the investors that Biomass Ultima can effectively handle all kind of woods and wood waste, with no worries for machinery break-down. No matter what kind of wood you put in, we make really good economics out of it,” added Roberto Hroval.

The company has a plan to set up the first Biomass Ultima Micro in EU, where their traditional power plants are in very high demand.
