Feds approve plans for massive, $500M toll bridge at the Outer Banks

As work wraps up on the Marc Basnight Bridge (formerly called the Bonner Bridge) the Federal Highway Administration has put its stamp of approval on plans for yet another massive Outer Banks bridge project.
