In order to attract domestic and foreign tourists to experience the good value of East Taiwan tourism, Since last year The Tourism Department of the Ministry of Communications, Huadong Rift Valley National Scenic Area Management Office plan “The 2018~2019 East Taiwan Industry Counseling and Exhibition Marketing Project”, looking forward to promote the Huadong rift valley human culture, industry and beauty to the whole world. This year the starting promotion tour went to Osaka and Fukuoka from 3/8~3/12, 2109.
For the first time, “The 2019 West Japan Regional Tourism Promotion Activity”, which was led by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Communications, in addition to the members of the Tourism Bureau team, also had some people through the public selection by The Rift Valley Management Department, including the travel industry Lixuan International Hotel, the special catering industry Fenglin Sanli Ice Cream, and the cultural and creative industry Luye CuiDie Park Workshop, all attended the Osaka regional tourism promotion seminar, and had many one-on-one business meetings at the Osaka Conrad Hotel on 3/8.

Due to the 20th anniversary of the Osaka Office of the Tourism Bureau, for the first time the Taiwan Tourism Association and The Osaka Office of the Tourism Bureau together held a tourism promotion to the general public, try to attract more people to participate. In addition, in order to give special impression of Huadong to the local people to let them fall in love with the Huadong rift valley, expect to come to Huadong, specially prepared many Huadong rift valley promotion materials and exquisite gifts. This starting promotion group had already got amazing achievements on the first day, hope to create more business opportunities in the next few days.
After this promotion, the starting group will leave for Fukuoka area, will hold the Roadshow sightseeing promotion meeting , Hyatt hotel tourism promotion seminar, business forum and the conference at the Fukuoka Tenjin Sky Hall West Japan Press Center. We look forward to contact more excellent Japanese industry and people who are interested in Huadong, finally promote Huadong to the whole world.

Director Yang Rui Zong said that the Director of the Tourism Bureau, Mr. Zhou Yong-Hui, attaches great importance to the international marketing. The main purpose of this tour is to promote Huadong local industry and expand the tourist base, this is an opportunity to know more from the international exhibition, next will plan other projects to let tourism industry get better in Huadong in the future. The Huadong Rift Valley Management Department will organize more promotion tours to South Korea (expected in April), Hong Kong (expected in June) and Southeast Asia, to participate the international travel exhibitions.
