AI Support Program

The scientific group led by Prof. Dr. Zvonimir Steiner, Sc., from Strossmayer University, has developed the first program under Roberto Hroval´s platform solution for governmental organizations. With this unique program each community, country or local government can easily calculate the national subsidy system for renewable energy sources, and so-called self-sufficient community factor.

The smart contracts and blockchain technology program will allow the state or local community to calculate and intelligently control how resources can be allocated locally. The goals include promoting renewable energy, taking into account all subsequent tax inflows, as well as CO2 commitments, national afforestation scheme (and cleaning greenhouses), sustainable green jobs, higher independence of the local community, the accelerated production of locally produced food, etc.

Growing Locally, Growing Globally

“The idea of self-sufficient communities is growing globally,” Hroval stated. “The concept is based on locally produced energy or food, but rarely these two come together. PatentReal Corporation’s new platform, ASPLES, incorporates both of these, and more!”

Key elements of the platform are:

  • Installation of Biomass Ultima, which uses wood waste from local forests. The process helps a community get rid of waste and reduce CO2.
  • Biomass produces electricity and usable, organic carbon.
  • Electricity can be sold to the market, producing additional money for local development, including support for local farmers who growing food locally.
  • Organic carbon is available to those farmers at a reduced price. This carbon helps enrich the soil, reducing pesticide use and producing healthier plants.


“This is only the first, most-obvious layer of benefits for the local community,” added Roberto Hroval. “Cleaning the forest is one of the main problems. Communities are not motivated doing this, because after cleaning they have a lot of garbage that needs to be taken care of. With our system, the wood waste is used as a precious input material for making electricity and organic carbon.

“So, they are not collecting garbage from the forests, they actually collect money. The other benefits of implementing this system are: sustainable green jobs with high added value, improvement of environment’s life cycle, and reducing CO2 emissions. The machinery is robust and built to last more than 25 years, so the economics are great.”

Influence on the European Union

All countries have considerable obligations to fulfil EU contracts in the context of reducing greenhouse gases, ensuring local independence in the supply of energy products, water resources, the expansion of green jobs, and sustainable development.
