McCarthy joint venture wins $712M NGA headquarters contract

A joint venture led by the St. Louis-based construction contractor will build the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s new $945 million western headquarters, which is expected to bring 3,100 jobs to a north St. Louis neighborhood.
