Cut Britain some slack, says Ireland's Varadkar

Britain must give a reason if it wants to delay its departure from the European Union, Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar said ahead of a summit of European leaders on Thursday, adding that Britain needed flexibility given the "chaos" in London.
