Emerald North ownership change advances

It’s the next in a series of changes for the former Emerald North Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, which has been operating under receivership since late October. If approved, the site will change its name, again, this time to The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Delaware Park.
