Regulator blows the whistle on a W Coast marijuana company's 'dominant' position in PA

Citing "misrepresentation" in its stated efforts to control multiple marijuana retail licenses in Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania state officials on Wednesday threatened to revoke dispensary permits held by a West Coast marijuana retail, growing and manufacturing firm, and halt its deal to acquire a grow/manufacture company in the state.
