Maui retail complex seeks OK to add Safeway gas station

Lahaina Cannery Retail Owner L.P., an affiliate of California-based U.S. Realty Partners, is undertaking an $18 million renovation of the 130,599-square-foot center that included nearly doubling the Safeway store.
