Stuart Varney: Paris has taken a blow to its heart after Notre Dame Cathedral fire

Like much of the world, I watched Notre Dame Cathedral burn Monday. And like so many others, I watched in shock and sorrow. How else to describe the scarring of a major city. A center of Western culture, up in flames. It was traumatic.
